Stables is a wedding and events venue in West Norfolk, designed for playful creativity and complete flexibility. With a fully-licensed bar, private courtyard, and plenty of space to shape your day, it’s a blank canvas that’s entirely yours.
Located within Ffolkes Pub, Hotel & Spa, but separate from the main hotel, Stables offers a calm, exclusive setting. With ensuite rooms and a supportive team by your side, you’ve got the freedom to do things your way.

Weddings at Stables are something special. With a versatile space and plenty of room to play with, there’s freedom to make it your own, whatever your style. Keep it romantic with soft pastels and floral touches, or go bold with bright colours and disco balls. The choice is all yours.
Venue hire includes 48 hours of exclusive use, support from our dedicated events team, and two nights in our honeymoon suite, Hayloft Spa.

Accommodating up to 120 seated guests and 200 standing, we can cater to all event types.

FFOLKESPA x Stables.
FFOLKESPA isn’t your average spa. It’s bold, social, and made for feel-good moments. There are 12 thermal experiences to explore, including a giant hot tub, steam rooms, saunas, a cold plunge pool, and more.
Located next to the Stables, it’s easy to add to your wedding or event. We offer bespoke hen packages, combining fun events in Stables with a spa session in FFOLKESPA. Make FFOLKESPA part of your wedding weekend with pre-wedding glow-ups, or the perfect hangover cure the next morning.
For full takeovers, FFOLKESPA can be combined with exclusive use of Stables, every on-site bedroom, Container Golf and our restaurant. That means more time, more space, and a full celebration that flows across the whole site.

Celebrations are better when no one has to leave early. With 22 bedrooms on site, your guests can stay close and soak up every moment.
We can hold up to six Coaching Rooms for your wedding. The other 16 rooms include access to FFOLKESPA, a fun, feel-good space with steam rooms, saunas, a cold plunge pool, a giant hot tub and a tubside bar.
Guests in Coaching Rooms can add spa access for £40 per person, per night. Access runs from noon on check-in to noon on check-out. Spa rooms need to be booked directly with Ffolkes.
